Our company was founded in 1979 by our General manager Hans Uhlmann. FELA Planungs AG is a Swiss General Contractor with Engineers for turnkey projects abroad. Our special in-depth experience and know-how has been adopted in the former Soviet states (GUS-States), the Balkan region as well as in Africa.
